JOINING○○

○○THE NECESSITIES
Be sure to read the rules- you need to know what you're getting into, and you absolutely have to know what will be allowed and tolerated. You also need to check the face claims to make sure a name and the anime character you want to use for your original character isn't taken. And finally, read the plot. You need to know whats happening, so you don't make a total fool of yourself- we really don't want that.

○○THE NAME AND THE EMAIL
You're user name must be the name of your character, and that character's name must be appropriate. No names like "Luna Destinychild" or "Fyre Iceheart" or anything like that. They must be real names. They must also match your character's nationality. No Americans with Japanese names. The email you use to register must be a valid email, as we do email out updates that may or may not be posted here on the site. You don't want to miss any updates, do you?

MAKING YOUR CHARACTER○○

○○POWER PLAYING, MARY SUES AND GARY STUES
Power playing is evil. Thats when you control another's character without permission. This, and Mary Sues, will absolutely, under no way on God's green earth, be tolerated. They will be rejected. For those who do not know of the dreaded bane of originality, they are...

• characters with powers no other character has
  
• a different race, or part human, part insert-race of choice here. despite the fact that that race doesn't exist
  
• from another universe
  
• Have wings, animal appendages, and jewels imbeded into their foreheads- that must really hurt.
  
• can do everything and anything, even defy the laws of physics.
  
• So beautiful/cute/pure/handsome/hot/whatever that it's humanely impossible, and everyone just luff-luff-LUFFS them. Or at least wants into their pants.
  
• Simply perfect in every way.
  

Basically, your character must have flaws and they must be human and no powers. This is reality people! Thank you :]

○○FILLING OUT THE APPLICATION
You cannot, and I do mean cannot, skip any part of the application. If it requires you to actually describe your appearance, tough. You cannot use a picture and not type anything out. You must be detailed. You may not skip out on the history, even if your character has amnesia or something. Another thing, in the history when you choose your status please state in your history of the how it came to be and how it's affected your character's life. I know that some people write their histories in first person, that's fine, but please still mention the how it came to be and how it has affected your life. And if you forget the password, you will not be accepted. Pleas post your application in the specified area. It will SAY that board is where your application needs to be posted. You can't miss it. Also, you'll need this code to be accepted: snowflower. :]

○○WHAT YOU DO UNTIL YOUR APPLICATION IS FILLED
For one thing, you do not bug the admins and mods to look at your profile. You wait patiently. Second, you do not post in the in-character boards until you are accepted. That will only get you rejected.

POSTING REQUIREMENTS○○

○○LENGTH
All posts must be at least two paragraphs long. Each paragraph must be five to six sentences long. You may go longer than that, if you wish and are bursting with muse.

○○CONTENT
This is a mature site. Sex, drugs, alcohol, cursing and fighting are allowed. (But please don't go too overboard with the cursing, it gets annoyingly old.) When your thread contains these things, please put an M for MATURE in the title. Racism, on the other hand, is so not allowed. Make sure any fights that happen in character STAY in character. Please make all your posts in third person, unless it is in the ooc section.

○○CONDUCT
Please do not post in a thread that is not ment for you. if it says, "A Girl's Day Out [ALICE, NINA]" and you aren't Alice or Nina, dont post in it. if it says "A Girl's Day Out [ALICE, NINA, OPEN]" then you may post in it.

GRAPHICS○○

○○ICONS
Avie's must be 100 in width, nothing wider. Length can be as long as you want as long as it doesn't screw up the pages. We don't want that. Also, nude images will not be allowed, nor will swear words or any other derogatory things.

○○SIGNATURES
Signatures may also not have anything derogatory or nude. They MUST BE 450x200 or smaller. We do not want to stretch the page or make the page so long that it takes forever to get to the next post. Also,if you did not make it, you can NOT claim it as your own.

GENERAL○○

○○MANNERS
Yes. They are required, with everyone. Even if you don't like them, be polite. If you cant think of anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all. We will not tolerate your petty ooc teenage drama.

○○FOLLOW THE RULES
I'm pretty sure this is obvious. You don't want to get in trouble, do you? don't worry, we'll let you off with a warning at first, but still. We want things to be nice and orderly here. It' s not like we're enforcing Nazi Germany here, so it shouldn't be too hard, right?

ACTIVITY
Seriously, just... be active. It saves everyone a whole lot of trouble, and we want this site to live and prosper.
